“ I absolutely loved their food customer service was a bit weird, I felt uncomfortable and I was a foreign, I went to buy some alcohol and I was standing at the bar while she was just standing there looking at me, I don't know if she works bar but I started to walk upto her and then she moved to help me, we then went back to counter, to pay then back to bar and then she didn't know what to do after that and I asked her if she could open it up for me and she did, I actually felt like she hasn't served a darker skinned person before... pass all that the food was excellent and would definitely go back there again ”

“ We went there for dinner and we had Tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen and the spicy ramen. The service is really nice and friendly in terms of both services and attitude that I asked for changing the ramen noodles to udon(as the attached photo), and they helped me for that! So grateful The food was great despite a bit salty taste, but it really tasted like the ones we had in Japan. Great service and will come back if we visit the city agn! ”

“ I really enjoyed my experience at Hachi Hachi and visited them twice in one day (lunch then dinner with a friend)! I found the Crispy Chicken salad for lunch to be plentiful and of great value. I was also happy with the Pork Gyoza (pork dumplings) entree and Teppan Teriyaki Chicken with Japanese salad, rice, miso soup, and pickle for dinner. The food fresh and tasty, dishes served quickly. I have no problem recommending Hachi Hachi! ”
